I am going to be having some "students" under storm class now, you can only qualify if you are not a guardian, im going to think about what i should do for it, ill only accept one member, most likely Hyunlei. if someone gets picked, your rank will be like Storm student, Storm Lieutenant or seomthing like that >.> if you want to join me post in discussions under my "Storm Student" post
